Doom is back.With the end of the Secret Invasion and finalization of the Superhuman Registration Act, tyranny had almost been absent for too long to a superhero's conscious. But to conclude two small arcs, only comes with a reply of one large arc; the return of Doctor Doom.
Hints of Doom's presence have risen in multiple city's across the West Coast, and haven't ceased to stop immobilizing all the way through the East Coast. Multiple sect's of S.H.I.E.L.D. have been investigating key locations across the globe for the last couple of months, searching for solid evidence of Doctor Doom's return.
After close to 3 weeks of inconclusive work with S.H.I.E.L.D. and the Avengers, the most notorious villain ever to walk the streets of New York revealed his face on every television screen from the islands of Hawaii to the tip of Russia. His metal face reminded that of fear and imperialistic tyranny.

The broadcast did not just go to home television sets across the planet, but also to S.H.I.E.L.D. command prompts and every electronical device with even the smallest screen. Regardless, everyone got the message. Nation's went into lockdown, people hid in their homes and underground bomb shelters, and everyone who thought they could stand a chance and figure out what evil Doom is bringing now...
